1. Introduction

Welcome to EduOS — an educational support platform providing curriculum content, revision tools, AI tutoring, progress tracking and exam preparation. By accessing or using this application you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the application.

2. Licence Types and Platform Restrictions

EduOS offers two distinct licence types. Each licence is valid only for the platform on which it was purchased. There is no cross-platform entitlement.

  • A Mobile Licence does not unlock the website under any circumstances.
  • Each licence is personal and non-transferable to another user.
  • Login credentials may not be shared with friends, family or third parties.
  • Educational content is provided for study support purposes only.
  • No guarantee is made regarding examination results or academic performance.

3. Device Licence (Mobile App Only)

The mobile app enforces a one-licence-one-device policy to prevent account sharing.

  • Only one active device may access the mobile app at any given time.
  • If the same account is used on another device, access will be restricted until a Device Transfer Request is reviewed and approved.
  • If a device is lost, stolen, damaged, replaced or upgraded, submit a Device Transfer Request through the app.
  • All transfer requests are reviewed by EduOS Support at our sole discretion.
  • Excessive or suspicious transfer requests may result in suspension or refusal.
  • Reinstalling the app may require a device licence reset before access is restored. Use the "Restore Purchases" feature to recover your mobile licence.

4. Restore Purchases (Mobile App)

Users who have previously purchased a Mobile Licence via Apple or Google may restore their purchase after reinstalling the app or switching to a new phone. Use the "Restore Previous Purchase" option on the purchase screen. The restore flow verifies your purchase with Apple or Google directly. Device licence approval may still be required if the previous device remains active.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. The Company reserves the right to suspend access where abuse, fraudulent activity or licence violations are detected.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
